LP SERIES: TWO-POINT STRAIGHT SIDE, HIGH-SPEED PRESS

30 TO 300 TONS. UP TO 400 SPM.

The Oak Press LP series offers bed widths from 24” to 120”. The stress-relieved cast bed, crown, and slide ensure superior vibration dampening. The LP presses are easily customizable. We can stretch the bed length* and add a connecting rod, making it a 3 point press.

PP-400 SERIES PRESSES

45 TONS. SPEEDS UP TO 1000 SPM.

OAK Press’ 400 series press is a single point press with a 30” x 30” bed. The main and eccentric roller bearings are specified and assembled with minimum operating clearances and generate significantly less friction and heat than bronze bearings. Eight large hydrostatic bearings are provided to maintain precise slide alignment with minimum operating clearance and no bearing surface contact.

SS SERIES: TWO-POINT STRAIGHT SIDE, HIGH-SPEED PRESS

30 TO 60 TONS. SPEEDS UP TO 1500 SPM.

The OAK Press SS series comes in a bid size up to 48” and has a robust 12 point guidance system making it ideal in a wide variety of high-speed stamping applications. All of OAK’s SS series presses are equipped with a quick slide lift system that is a game changer when it comes to minimizing downtime.

CP SERIES: FOUR-POINT STRAIGHT SIDE, HIGH-SPEED PRESS

120 TO 160 TONS. SPEEDS UP TO 400 SPM.

The OAK Press CP series features a nearly square die area, (54” x 54”). The double eccentric drive shafts and a 4-point drive system provide superior offset die loading capacity.
